Welcome to Naudoti, a community marketplace for second-hand things. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions are welcome at ysi@fabricair.com.
Naudoti connects people who want to sell, give away, or rescue second-hand items. All transactions happen directly between members.
Naudoti never collects, holds, or transfers money. Payment and handover are arranged between buyer and seller. We are not a party to any sale, we do not guarantee items, payments, or people, and we cannot mediate refunds.
A cause is a member's pledge to pass the proceeds of their sales to a purpose they describe (animals, trees, neighbors, and similar). The "raised" amount shown is the sum of sale prices reported in the app. Naudoti does not collect, verify, hold, or distribute any of that money and cannot guarantee that a seller passes proceeds on. Support causes from people you trust.
Some listings accept sealed bids. Your bid amount is private: no other member, including the seller before settlement, can see it. A bid is an expression of serious interest, not a payment; completing the sale remains an agreement between you and the seller.
We may remove content, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary.
Street finds and handovers happen in the physical world. Meet in public places, take a friend when in doubt, and inspect items before paying. You act at your own risk.
You keep ownership of what you post and grant Naudoti a non-exclusive license to display it inside the service so the app can work. Do not post content you have no right to share.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Naudoti is not liable for member behavior, item quality, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app with a new effective date. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the competent courts of Lithuania, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
